5.76 miles in an hour and a half, recovering from a cold. Trying to get back into better shape in this beautiful weather. Mood drastically improved.

Get it. Have you been running recently or is this first time back to the grind in a long time? If the latter 5.76 blows my mind

This is my sixth go in about a month and a half after at least a year off. Went about 2 miles, then about 3, then about 4 a couple times , then 2 and a half and now this time my legs weren't bothering me so I just kept going. Alot of walking mind you. Just took a week off due to my cold

Went out for a ten miler yesterday morning. IT band fucking got me. Only made it about 2.6 before the pain kept me from running. I tried to walk it off and stretch but, no go.

Went to the beach and swam instead.

That's my first missed run if my marathon training program. Sucks.
