5.76 miles in an hour and a half, recovering from a cold. Trying to get back into better shape in this beautiful weather. Mood drastically improved.

Get it. Have you been running recently or is this first time back to the grind in a long time? If the latter 5.76 blows my mindtree_ wrote:5.76 miles in an hour and a half, recovering from a cold. Trying to get back into better shape in this beautiful weather. Mood drastically improved.

Just took a week off due to my coldlennytheweedwhacker wrote:Get it. Have you been running recently or is this first time back to the grind in a long time? Re: The Running Thread
Went out for a ten miler yesterday morning. IT band fucking got me. Only made it about 2.6 before the pain kept me from running. I tried to walk it off and stretch but, no go.
Went to the beach and swam instead.
That's my first missed run if my marathon training program. Sucks.
