I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I saw The Mist pop up as a recommended series. I really liked the movie, so I figured that I'd give it a hoon. Pure trash, and to make it worse - the series ends on a cliffhanger and got canned after one season

Kinda wild how little traction this show got. Even if you're not into animated movies/shows, it's worth a shot. Ludicrously high production value. I shudder to think how much it cost to make.

Had Wrong Side of the Tracks going while I do my morning workout - I've probably missed a hell of a lot, but damn I love this show

Started watching Cassandra last night. What a great show so far - kinda like Sunny, but dark.

The Eternaut is really good. Netflix adaptation of a legendary Argentine comic. Very well done.

Finished this off last night - really enjoyed it. Glad that it's already been picked up for a second season

I saw 5 eps from Too Much, and gotta say it was Too Much.

Kinda feel bad for meg stalter, although i guess this series is good for her career?

we watched it all this weekend, and I have to agree. I really like Stalter, and I think her career will be fine. I did like the musical choices for the show.

I just watched this! It was great. I’ve heard it’s a huge deal down there. I downloaded the comic and while I want to experience this journey with these actors, who are great, I dunno if I can wait a few years to see how it ends.

That one shot of the finale of the
Spoiler: show
alien’s hand
was so well done. Chilling. Honestly feels like they saved a big chunk of the VFX budget for it. This entire SEASON only cost $15 million to produce.

finished this one.

Even if i know Lena lost it, im still shocked nobody had the balls to tell her how bad this series is, specially the last three eps.

There were so many differences between the comic and the show that I wonder if they're gonna fully change the ending

The Eternaut is really sticking with me. I think it did a brilliant job of portraying the bleakness of life immediately after an apocalyptic event. We all know the chaos that would ensue with something like this, but this really showed a more personal level of confusion. I really am liking this a lot more after sitting with it for a while.
