Re: Netflix: The Eternaut
We have discussed this in the Netflix thread a bit, and for what you put under the spoiler, same. I want to read the comic just because I can’t wait for the next season.
I’ve literally read two pages of the comic and one big difference already:

I kind of thought that would be the case with the bugs, even one of the main characters hinted that there was no way they were the ones controlling how they got here.

Also, wasn't the home country for most of the people in Starship Troopers Argentina? What is it with them and bugs!?

The comic book is glorious. Its incredible it was release in the 50s and its so modern. It also works as a comment on what was going to happen in Argentina, the dictatorship of 55.

On a podcast today, I heard about what happened to the author and his family. Awful.VinylGuy wrote:The comic book is glorious. Its incredible it was release in the 50s and its so modern. It also works as a comment on what was going to happen in Argentina, the dictatorship of 55.

I hope they start reprinting the comic in English. All I could find online was $300.

Truly evil.Ensign9 wrote:On a podcast today, I heard about what happened to the author and his family. Awful.VinylGuy wrote:The comic book is glorious.
