I've lost track of who their lead singer is over the past few years
It’s Mary Ramsey. She was backup to Natalie and the viola player but now she’s lead. She has been over the years i believe. Fun show in a small outdoor courtyard last night

I thought for a while they had the lass from 6 Pence None the Richer as lead singer.
Glad you had fun
"I really enjoy sandwiches but the other guys are so good at making sandwiches that I don't make them. Now I make sandwiches."

Leah Nash? Yeah i think she was backing vocals for a few years? Who knows. I know Mary and one of the other guys from the band left for a while and did an album or two together
Going to Chicago this weekend so my kids can go to UFC 319 on Saturday. My youngest will accompany to the Aragon Ballroom Friday night for Chevelle. I managed first row tickets in the balcony directly across from center stage. I’m excited to see the venue. Their new album comes out the same day and it’s a hometown show for them. They’re not a band I need to see for a 4th time, but this should be fun.
sorry if i'm pissing on parades, but the aragon is my least favorite venue in the city (i'll take the united center over it). bad sight lines. a mass of humanity. tough to get to. not much nearby for pre- or post-concert stuff. at least daft has reserved seating (that helps a lot -- we saw olivia rodrigo up there about 3 years ago).
My cousin was a record executive in the late '90s/early 2000s, and she has maintained relationships with a variety of acts she worked with, so occasionally I'll get emails like the one she sent me today which said: "Do you want me to put you on the guest list for Toad the Wet Sprocket/Three Pence None the Richer?"

You’re good. This is just a bonus event for my son. UFC 319 is the main card. For me, it’s putting a place with concert stories I’ve heard. We’re in row 1 so I’m really looking forward to the mass of humanity view.
