Haha! Did you put a knot on his head?
No I asked her to so I could see how hard of a shot it was.

what happens if you stand in a puddle?

my best story from when i worked at pizza hut

they were remodeling and the screwed up the wiring. if you touched the make table and the oven you got a current through you. nothing that hurt you just a massive tingle like your whole body is a funny bone and someone smacked you with a tuning fork

well our assistant manager was trying to impress the ladies and showed them what happens when you touch both though he took it to the extreme. he took a metal spoon and completed the circuit. what he didnt realize is the floor was just mopped and he was standing in a puddle.

he completed the circuit and there was a loud crack (damnit im giggling typing this out) and he flew in the air and landed on the ground. everyone scattered like ants at a picnic to laugh but i just stood there and laughed as he was on the ground.

he went to the hospital and he was ok after but god damn if it wasnt hysterical

lol it was probably the metal spoon more than the puddle, unless the puddle was in contact with either of the charged devices. Human flesh and shoes are a lot less conductive than a goddamn spoon.

Standing in a puddle with the racket would have no effect because the current isn't going through the puddle. Now, if you took a bath with it and submerged it that's a different story. There's your lesson in electricity for the day.

I don't know, but I thought about it and standing in a puddle would make it worse. Shoes would help, but if you're part of the circuit and if you're in a puddle, the water is too. Sorry for any confusion.

A dog kennel, because the trainer we hired was adamant we need one. Now I gotta find a place to put it in my rapidly shrinking yard space.

I'm buying two pairs of earbuds and a battery pack at Best Buy, but it's only coming out to about $230. I need to spend $299 to get 12-month financing. What sub-$100 tech accessory do I not know I need? Tell me about it so that I can know that I need it and then I can buy it

This is some Rent-a-Center shit. Please don’t buy earbuds until you can pay for them all at once.

Maybe this is coming from a place of privilege, but I think the only things you should ever finance are your home, a vehicle, an education, and your hvac system.

Blackout honeycomb blinds for our east facing bedroom. Always shockingly expensive.
