It has bounced around quite a bit since your favorite era, the covid 19 era, when assessments went WAAAAAYYYYY up then back down again, now insurance is up.

Sub 3% interest rate is fkn great though.

How many basements?

The adjacent home we share a wall with has been taken off the market, after being put up just after we purchased ours in April. Hoping it’s just temporary and will be put back on market in spring, but worried they may try to rent it out instead.

Just buy it and knock the wall out. Double your space and value.

My brother in law is considering buying a house the next block over from us. We get along really well; after living 10k miles from each other most of our relationship, this would be quite different and good fun. Our daughters are obsessed with each other too.
