I just had the best Armenian chicken and pilaf dish of my life. Buttery rice pilaf cooked with toasted angel-hair pasta, super tender chicken and an incredible mushroom sauce. Crazy good

I've tried it, reverse sear style. Brought it up to temp in an air fryer and then seared it on the pan. Came out pretty good, not perfect; an oven is preferable, but if the air fryer basket is big enough it should cook evenly.
