We all know the chaos that would ensue with something like this, but this really showed a more personal level of confusion. I really am liking this a lot more after sitting with it for a while.
I felt sort of embarrassed in the end that I didn’t piece together all of the surprises that unfolded over the course of the season. I had a few realizations before they were revealed:
-It was clear that the bugs were not killing the humans they caught.
-It was totally unbelievable that Juan’s daughter got to their house without help, and her lapse in memory was suspicious.
-When the shooting happened at the mall, I had an inkling right away that those people were working with the bugs.
-Even though I realized humans were working with the bugs before it was “revealed,” I whiffed on them being pod people. I thought they were just collaborators for some reason.
-Somehow it flew over my head that Lucas disappeared and reappeared with lost time, just like Juan’s daughter.
But in the end, I think I missed some clues because I was so locked in on the characters. It was nice to be surprised!
Watched the Dallas Cowboys doc over the past few days. Wonderful, wonderful. Maybe humanizes Jerry a little more. Gets into subjects where maybe he’ll look at things a little differently going forward, but I doubt it.
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

We don't have a "So I finally cancelled Netflix" topic, do we?
I cancelled a few weeks ago and don't miss it.
They kinda get the last laugh though, every time I accidentally hit the Netflix button built into every damn remote.

Currently battling through Wednesday S2. I enjoyed the first season, mostly for nostalgia reasons, but it's just annoying now. None of the "kids" can act for shit, aside from Jenna Ortega. Boo.
I know that's a very low-hanging fruit observation as it's essentially young adult fiction, but there it is.
Catherine Zeta-Jones is a mega babe though. That part is cool.

She was the most breathtaking beauty I’ve ever seen in that Zorro movie.
