Even if he were a "woke libtard" it's anecdotal, yet many on the right will say it's indicative of the state of the party as a whole. If it came out that he were a far right extremist, they will say it doesn't matter. We all know he's just one crazy person with a gun not representative of anything other than the fact that any crazy person with a gun can kill anybody they want to if they have a good enough plan.

Not sure the reporting on the rifle is accurate, but if it's true, someone needs to go to jail (or more likely exhumed).

They took a Mauser 98, (presumably Kar-98k) re-chambered it in 30-06 and put a shitty polymer stock on it. The greatest generation have a lot to answer for but their post-war sporterization of military surplus weapons is up there among their grievous sins.



*I suppose by Mauser they could just mean Mauser type bolt action, in which case it could be any number of domestic or imported hunting rifles. Other reporting has this weapon as uncommon which would support the above sporterization possibility
