Seems like the courts could stop that pretty easy, but corporations are caving pretty easy lately. Maybe because they are on board. They seem to want to dump late night shows.

you really think networks just want to dump late night programming, and it’s not that they don’t want to be tied up in court, or pay a hefty settlement?

That too. But CBS is dumping Colbert, and there were rumors about Kimmel too.

Looks like the other Jimmy wins. At a terrible cost to all of us.
