went too soon

never had a chance to go through the 'disgraced pervert' comedian career phase

never got to see him come out of that phase with a giant grey beard

RIP

His clips pop up on my feed so often that he's barely even dead. I laugh every time!

Stav has grown on me a lot. Good for them indeed.

I think Burr and Normand (comedy!) are gonna eat a lot of shit for this.

Chapelle doesn't care at all and Schulz absolutely sucks anyway. Who else is on the bill? Fat Mexican guy and Kevin Hart? Pffft.

I'm actually heading there tomorrow for the festival. Got a killer deal on tickets.

Comedy fans don't cancel people. I think doing this festival is dumb but aint going to "punish" Burr or Normand for it. Funny is funny; if it's funny, it's funny.

Burr is the biggest fraud out of all of them. His simple blue collar guy schtick is so fake. Hart is a whore, so that's not surprising. The rest fall somewhere in between.

Just admit you went because you got paid a shit ton of money. That wouldn't bother me much. Don't try to rationalize it.

I hate Tim Dillon's politics but god damn was he funny with all of this stuff. That's exactly what he did - and they cancelled him! Should watch the clips on it, it's hilarious.

Dillon is great. Surprised he got invited in the first place. They had to know he had things to say about the sauds.

Saw Bargatze at his last show of the Big Dumb Eyes tour Saturday night. The host, Julian something, was pretty funny. The opener was ok. He had some good bits but he only did 10 minutes so I’m sure I would’ve thought he was funnier if I saw his full act. Nate’s dad did 30-40 minutes. He was fun but his preaching was pretty off-putting for us.

Nate did an hour and he was great. I’d say the last 15 minutes or so was funnier than the rest of it, but he did mention our town early in the set. A lot of the first 10-15 minutes was pretty Nashville-centric so I’d say it was different than the rest of the tour. He had a great but about those walk-in bathtubs with doors that was hysterical and the last bit was him reading a group text chain with his family. I don’t know if it was real or not, but it was funny as hell. So after a bit of turbulence getting to the show, it turned out to be a great time.

I like Nate a lot.
It’s been a trip watching him go from an awkward young chunky newlywed to awards show host.
Josh Johnson is also fun to watch develop.
