MSG (Monosodium Glutamate)

Post by Jorge »

How do you feel about this magic umami salt?

Love it? Hate it? Do you use it in your cooking? Do you avoid it all costs?

Oldest is 26, today. We're ordering takeout from 3 different places and the Asian-American MSG conglomerate is part of that order. I will be dipping chicken fingers into the battery acid hot mustard, shortly.

I have a container of it, but I don't know what to put it in.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

No, none of them really took an interest besides my daughter. She heard me playing fast car and wanted to learn it. She had the main progression down in a day or two and that was it. She could be really good, if she cared.

If you sprinkle some MSG on a plain flavorless rice chip, it becomes nearly indistinguishable from a Dorito. It's wild
