Missed this a few weeks ago, this was one of my first podcasts ~20 years ago (don’t think it would’ve been classified as a podcast at the time, but it’s been streaming online from the BBC for at least that long). The archives are still out there at least. Sad to hear.

I'm just watching this now but the first five minutes are a good example of how they riff. Their riffs aren't so much a riff as making fun of riffing with great love. They are both sincerely riffing but the joke of their riff is mainly that they are doing a spoof of riffing

She's got quite a few good ones up there (Margaret Glaspy, Robert Glasper, Tarriona Ball and Chris Thile come to mind).

I was listening to Jonah Hill with Rick Rubin and the first 20 minutes are fascinating on how weird and unbalanced Jonah seems to be. He even cries a bit.

Cant wait to finish it and watching him with Zane Lowe.

Speaking of Zane Lowe, I enjoyed his recent episodes/interviews with Flea and Gorillaz. He's a bit of a kiss ass but I can't help but like him.
