Had a provider that resigned while I was on vacation. Her issue was our company policy states if you refuse the get the flu shot, then you have to wear a mask when coming face to face with the patients. As part of her argument, she says that our director of NIH Kennedy has proven that vaccines are ineffective and toxic.

So this lady called my boss this morning and tried to get me fired. She said I don’t have proper people skills and don’t know how to talk to people. She said I yelled at everyone during our meeting yesterday (I didn’t) and all I know how to talk about is negative things (the first thing I covered in the meeting was how proud I was of the team for getting a quarterly bonus). She then argued the same points to my boss and Boss told her the same thing i had.

Well, apparently while I was on vacation last week she tried to get me fired again. She sent another complaint to HR and told them I was trying to make her practice in a way that was unethical and illegal and that I also violated company policy while doing so. So, HR said they would look at her complaint with our legal department and get back with her with their findings. I had no idea any of this was going on until this afternoon when HR sent me the response they were going to send her. As it turns out, I did nothing illegal, unethical or against company policy. Indeed, they concluded that it was she that violated company policy and they recommended that she be terminated.
