Had a really good greasy spoon breakfast this morning. Just staples done well. Would love to make it a regular stop but unfortunately it’s an hour away from my house. Wish I could find a good spot closer but no luck yet.

A greasy spoon diner meal is definitely on my list of eats when I visit in December. Damn these Australians and their avocado toast.

Never thought to freeze a grape, but we used to freeze oranges for long hikes. Very refreshing.

My go-to breakfast sandwich right now: two eggs and a slice of swiss on a toasted everything bagel. Simple and delicious.

Homemade sausage and egg muffins earlier. Breakfast sausage doesn’t exist here, and McD’s doesn’t put sage in their mixture here. Had to get creative for that taste of home.

I can't explain it, but a well made breakfast burrito hits way better than a breakfast sandwich.
