I've seen a frequent MAGA response to the released Epstein e-mails that is "if there was anything bad in the files, Biden would have released it." Even by their standards, this is flimsy and incomplete. It might be a relevant point if it was followed up by the claim "and therefore the e-mails are fake" but it doesn't seem like they are saying that (yet). So talking about hypothetical unreleased material is a non-response about actual released material. And it also rests its weight on the assumption that Biden was savvy and capable.
