make sure to use proper form on those pushups bois

and don’t be like me and get an AC joint sprain when grinding out that 8 or 9th set to get to 200

we’re not young like we used to be

push it to the limit is a great soundtrack but not great advice for aging AC joints

also be sure to sleep on your back and not on your sides

side sleeping is murder on the AC joint
