My wrist never totally came back from when I broke it dropping into a quarter pipe at age 40.

went on a long walk with my wife this morning and barely made it home to poop..seconds to spare..went to the attorney to sign some Canadian paper stuff..we may go to the pub for a drink soon and then hit up the record store

i've been getting a lot of sleep related injuries lately it seems

wonder if it might be time for a new mattress
