but yesterday had a lot of salad and metamucil and getting back on track

just ate some salsa with chips flavored in mexican street corn seasoning, so i will probably explosively shit within 60 minutes

Got on the T this morning as I always do and felt pretty good. I only have two stops before I am off. at the second stop bubble gut

normally they try to break the land speed record once we are moving. they open the doors for like 1.3 seconds and move on.

today I think we took the scenic route.

panic begins to creep. get to my stop and get on the escalator only to have two guys in front of me that do not walk up the escalator like normal people and they are deep in conversation. finally get off the escalator and go to cross the street to my building and have the don't walk signal. seemed like i had to wait for 35 cars before i could walk (more like 3).

get into the building and have to make a rash decision. do i chance the elevators to get me to the 16th floor where our bathroom is right next to the elevators or do i go down to the basement (only two flights of stairs) and use the bathroom there?

i chanced the elevators and much like doug barely made it.
