I've found myself falling into a kind of pattern where one weekend will be very active with events, gatherings and whatnot, and then the next weekend will be very chill with mostly just rest, media consumption, and maybe a restaurant meal. I like it! It kinda solves the problem of not feeling rested after an active weekend while also not feeling like you're wasting your time off.

I think this is a pretty common pattern among adults. We just finished two consecutive eventful weekends and it was almost disorienting. Downtime is so valuable as you get older.

about a month or 2 ago a good friend here group texted a few of us...he bought tickets for us all to go see Daniel tosh..I didn't care one way or the other as I didn't know much about him..anyway, its Sunday night during the chargers/pats game and the friend who bought the tickets is the biggest pats fan I know..I dont think any of us want to go and I'm curious to see this play out the next few days...he also made dinner reservations at a nice place to go to before the show...I'm thinking if it all goes through we should meet a sports bar to watch the game and skip everything...I'll keep you posted

Well, you could miss it, but not the biggest pats fan you know. I'm gonna have to work from home the first half of Monday. Friggin 8 on a Sunday night?
