The Poll has ended and RM has spoken. Phase 1 of Project Barabbas is complete:

5 votes in favor of unbanning

5/14 = 35.7% of previously perma-banned RMers shall be unbanned

now Phase 2 must begin: we must form the list of the permabanned and conduct a vote to free the Barabbases

2026 RM Community Proposal #1: Project Barabbas

Poll Question: Should RM un-ban all previously banned former RMers?

Terms:
1) As RM is a global community, where the majority of governments operate via a parliamentary system of proportional representation, and not a winner take-all system, this poll will function on a proportional representation basis as well, meaning: at the conclusion of the poll, the percentage of 'yes' votes will result in a corresponding percentage of previously-banned posters becoming un-banned. For example: 65% Yes votes -> 65% of previously-banned RMers will become unbanned.
2) The Poll will remain open for 1 week
