Did this last night finally. Super tender and flavorful, just gotta get past the milk curd aesthetic once done. I can see why folks blend up the sauce to smooth it out, even though you’re not meant to.

One of my favorite breweries in town just opened up a wood fired pizza kitchen in the building. They have a pizza I really want to try that has fig, pear, prosciutto and arugula, so heading there tonight for trivia night.

the arugula is a bit of a stretch though.

I like that combo..the arugula adds the missing pepper taste with the salty ham and sweet pear..
