One of my favorite line cook things is when line cooks call each other the names of former disgraced/86'd line cooks when they mess up.

I worked with a line cook who was addicted to meth and was a huge audiophile, but only in regards to electronic/dance music. He had numerous speaker/amp setups and all of them were mindblowing.
Used to smoke a lot of weed with that dude. Probably the only cool meth head I've ever met.
