just put a pot roast in the crock pot but its going on low until tomorrow..tonight is a mushroom pasta

It’s 108F so I got the urge to grill some fish on the bbq, but my Aussie wife has placed her own total fire ban atop the official one in place (gas bbqs okay during total fire bans), so I guess I won’t be.

Thanks. I sautéed scallions, white onion and garlic in a little oil, then added white wine and cream, and seasoned it with salt, black pepper and a sprinkling of MSG. Tasted good
