a few weeks ago i had brutal lower back pain, which began small but got worse over time

i figured out it had to do with when i started sleeping on my back, because i couldnt sleep on my side anymore, because i had an AC joint sprain, because i drank a ton of beers and listened to rock n roll and got all fired up and did too many pushups in an unusual way on some stairs and injured myself

and then sitting in front of the computer was making my back worse

and sitting in my bed on my laptop was making my back worse

and it turned the corner and got better when i started doing core exercises every morning

and now it is almost all gone

roll out the yoga mat

stretch, situps legups, planks

more stretch

all about the core

strongly agree.

I’ve been doing Pilates for going on two years now, and having had two back surgeries myself, I can attest that strengthening your core does wonders for your back, posture, and quality of life.

I still struggle with hunching over while I’m working, but I try to correct when I notice.

Osteopathy never helped me much. He was a great guy too. But yeah... Not saying it won't work either.

Doc have me a couple of pills for mine. Didn't work very well. Doing back strength exercises seems to have helped though.

Had a minor sinus infection or cold or something, but afterwards, my neck and shoulders turned red, and it spread over my upper body for a few days. Never happened before, but apparently it happens? Like your immune system gets a little out of control and attacks you? I thought I had the fucking measles or something.

Could’ve been strep throat. It often presents with a rash.

Might have been. I never had a fever or anything. Barely felt sick.

Not good. We leave for NYC in less than 3 hours and I feel quite flu-ish. Started getting just a hint of sinus drainage last Thursday night and have been fighting congestion, cough and sneezing ever since the following day. The lethargy started a day or so ago and all I want to do is lay around and do nothing. I’ve been OTCing it hoping things would turn around before today but it doesn’t appear that’s going to happen.
