I mean, I don't see any reason for him to keep playing football. He's young, he's super rich, he has a tremendously successful podcast with his brother, he's engaged to Taylor Swift. He's making all the money in the world from the pod and commercials. He has 3 rings.... If I were him, I'd walk away yesterday.

But he loves the game and I know he doesn't want to go out on the worst season of his/Mahomes' careers.
