He does seem kinda like a fan on stage with his favorite band. But that's OK for a band like this at this phase of their career. Actually they should probably just let anyone on stage with them who wants to be there at this point.

Pearl Jam’s drummer Matt Cameron retired from the band in July, 2025. Keyes hopes that a replacement is found soon so that the band can hit the road again.
Hmmm. Maybe they’re NOT very close to having someone. This interview was published at the end of last month, tho, so who knows when it took place?

Maybe they’ll just have a small rotating groups of friends that will fill in as drummer.
