Had my annual check up at the VA today. Got a Covid vax and the first round of Shingles vax. I've heard the Shingles vax can knock you on your ass for a couple of days, anyone have experience with it?

two days post shot, I don't feel sick, but my muscles are... restless? It feels like I'm having a constant anxiety attach. Wtf.

No, that seems ok. I've read side effects for this and they are all over the place. The worst being Guillain Barre syndrome. Of course the doc said she's "never seen anyone get it from this" right before giving me my shot.

I also got the Covid vaccine on the same day, so maybe my immune system is just haywire right now.

picked up my father in law this morning to go see his wife in the hospital..she's still in rough shape..anyway, on the drive home to drop him off at the old folks home he couldn't hold it and he shit his pants in our BMW...good times..
