The hospital cafeteria had a sign for “breakfast egg rolls.” In Australia, this would’ve been a breakfast sandwich, which sounded good… but in this case, it was an actual egg roll lol.

Perhaps I’m more Australian than American now.

Whipped up a single serving of ham salad, then stuck it, a fried egg, and cheese between two pieces of toast.

Splurged on a nice mid-sized fry pan yesterday and knocked my first French omelette in it out of the park. Custard-like, just cooked egg between the folded layers. Exquisite!

Non stick, anodized aluminum. We picked up a stainless steel mid sized sauce pan as well.

Scramble some eggs, toss in cheese and salsa. Plop into flour tortillas, hit it with some hot sauce. Bob’s your uncle.
