Usernames can only be changed after a substantial donation to RM. Plus, the new username is up to the discretion of a board vote. So, you could end up with a much worse name. Like WarmFishMilkshake or ILoveAGoodAssLicking.
Maybe just register the new name, without announcing it first. Otherwise certain other twats around here will get to it first.
