Been digging around the internet archives and came across this set. I was actually searching for Minutemen. Instead, I got this soundboard from a d.boon benefit show. Good stuff if you're into IRS era REM (which is the best REM).

New song by Michael Stipe. Another casualty to the Andrew Watt drum sound. But its a fun song.

Im fine with the song, but Andrew should really REALLY use different mixing engineers! This Serban Ghenea dude is terrible, worst drum sound I have ever heard and way too much autotune.

I agree on the song being OK.
I don’t mind Watt at all.
The song sounds pretty safe and straightforward, but it’s what you’d expect from a theme song to a tv show.

Snippet From a 1066 Gaggle O'Sound show, Michael Stipe's solo noise project that was occasionally active in 80'-81'.
