Most foreigners seem to dislike it. It is a very common complaint among expats.

It's an acquired taste, I think. Very thick airy dough, barely any sauce at all, an ungodly amount of mozzarella.

I happen to love it. And a good fugazzetta feels like temporarily ascending to the heavens.
