I think my mom is starting to go a little nuts. She just sent me some food via Uber eats, and it's the most random stuff. A lot of it is stuff you'd serve at a party or something. Oh well whatever.

an underrated benefit of being married is the wife takes care of buying gifts for my family, including my mom. I did, however, buy my dad’s gift - a weather station. Old people love that shit.

My mom’s kind of the same with gifts. Last Christmas, I gave her a Nixplay frame, and she was super into it. I thought it might be a little cheesy at first, but she loves seeing family photos pop up throughout the day. It’s like a never-ending slideshow of memories. She’ll even send me pics to upload! But yeah, when it comes to her sending gifts, it’s a little random sometimes. One year, she sent me a bunch of party snacks like your mom did. It’s like she just wants to spoil me with whatever she’s craving at the moment. Anyway, at least she’s thinking of me, right?

I’ve been testing different scents in my workspace, and the best shift happened after I tried some of the options listed under the best scents for home office. The citrus blends gave me a little energy bump, and the warmer notes made the room feel less stuffy. Pairing that with an air purifier and cracking a window once in a while made the whole vibe way easier to work in.
