Moscow has already said Russia North Korea and Pakistan are happy to give Iran nukes to defend itself.

I really don't think this is a possibility, even though I think there's a part of the President that really wants to do this. I think there are enough people around him that know this is like a war crime war crime, not something you can write off as mistargeting or faulty intelligence, that they can talk him out of it. He famously only remembers the last conversation he has had, so they just need to make sure the last person he talks to before 8:00PM tonight tells him it's a bad idea.

I have no idea what will happen tonight. Probably nothing? Or tomorrow. Still probably nothing? And I know in the Trump era it's been easy and often off-putting to hear the chorus of TRUMP'S THE ANITCHRIST, IMPEACH! HE'LL END DEMOCRACY!

Certainly, I've never hedged how I feel about the man and the actual danger I've long believed he is to the world. Yadda, yadda, yadda,... I don't want to be alarmist. Blah blah blah....

But guys... I'm actually worried. This feels different and terrifying. And I hope I'm just feeling my TDS but... This sucks. This man is insane and unworthy of office, sure. But now he's maybe going to go so far beyond the pale that I'm not sure how anyone can be okay with it. I'm not sure how anyone can't be worried.

Anyway, hope I'm wrong! I'd love this to all be bluster and fade away after a week and fall forever into the memory hole!

For the first time in my life I was genuinely worried yesterday that things were going to go irreversibly horrific. If he did (or does) what he threatened the world would have exploded and every single persons life would have been affected in a bad bad way.
