Looking forward to seeing how this plays out. I have to imagine that the overlap of people who think Strangest Tribe is the most underrated song in the PJ catalog and that In the Moonlight is ALSO the most underrated song in the PJ Catalog is near 100%

This is a dream matchup. Two song titles that look so good next to each other.

In the Moonlight can win it all next year, this is Strangest Tribe's time to shine.

Among people who would have a most underrated song in the catalogue-type opinion I find in the moonlight to be vastly overrated.

Strangest Tribe is gonna run away with this because it IS actually overrated. I'm The Moonlight, despite srip's vital vitriol and LV's shade, is ACTUALLY underrated.

I'm The Moonlight all the way, for me.

These really are the two RM fetish songs facing off. Granted they are both really good songs, but certainly underrated in life and overrated on RM.

I have to think about this one

I think there are a couple tracks I prefer over it

These have both been personal favorites of mine ever since Lost Dogs came out in 2003. There aren't many PJ songs that I can say I'm always in the mood for, but I can't imagine ever being disappointed to hear either of these -- two different recipes for mixing the beautiful with the strange, which is the side of PJ that resonates with me most deeply now 30+ years into my relationship with their music. I can say that truly, sincerely, without irony, without trying to appear obscure, without giving any thought to what's underrated/overrated and by whom, etc., that these are two of my absolute favorite songs in the band's catalog. Both of them just really hit the sweet spot for me.

I went with "In The Moonlight" this time, but I'm glad to see either of these go as far as they can go (even if one has to trample the other to get there).
