1/2 Full is a decidedly mid tier studio track for me. I like what it is aiming for but it keeps reminding me of similar songs I like more. But it is really compelling live. And regardless, I enjoy it more than SoH

The closing three of binaural were deeply meaningful to me as I was getting ready to graduate college with a business degree I had no interest in and generally feeling depressed about the wasted years prior and the unplanned years ahead. I think Sleight of Hand is possibly Jeff’s finest contribution to the bands catalogue and is superb on the album. Sadly the only really great live version in my opinion is Cincinnati in 2000. That mood is both too claustrophobic and too vast to fit in an arena.
