did you know that marc bolan had his own tv show? it only lasted for 7 episodes, but, my god, that they even exist is incredible.

The last episode featured Bolan duetting with his friend David Bowie. Before the song had reached its end, Bolan tripped over a microphone cable and fell off the stage. Bowie is said to have called out "Could we have a wooden box for Marc [to stand on]?".

Doing a re-watch of Terriers, courtesy of Amazon Instant Video.

Great show, wish it had caught on with a larger audience. Glad FX let it finish its 13 episode run, though. It's up there in the pantheon of great, single-season shows.
