Damn, those City Connect Air Max sneakers sold out fast. Like instantaneously. I carted them and they were sold out when i went to my cart. That was the first time I've ever tried a sneaker drop. But StockX saved my day. :)

If true this is one of the most incredible stats in baseball history.
I dont know why a question mark showed up
Maybe? you weren’t sure? if it was Greg?? or Mike?

Oh yeah, if you type Greg? a question mark gets added. I remember this happening before.

As a follow up, Tony Gwynn’s stats against Maddox, Glavine and Smoltz are amazing.
103 plate appearances against Maddox, Gwynn hit .429 and never struck out.
99 plate appearances against Glavine, Gwynn hit .312 and struck out twice.
68 plate appearances against Smoltz, Gwynn hit .462 and struck out once.

Kevin Youkilis went his entire career without swinging at a single 3-0 pitch.

I can't remember if I ever told this in the baseball stories thread but as a freshman in college my coach gave me the take sign on a 3-0...I always thought if its your pitch go for it..anyway, I hit a home run on 3-0 and rounding third my coach told me to take a seat for the rest of the game...

if the tigers don't trade skubal in the next month and a half it'll be hard to justify keeping scott harris on board. they're 8.5 games out in the absolute worst division in baseball.

The AL is an absolute mess right now. I haven’t been watching the standings closely because the Sox have been mostly dog shit, but I happened to look today and they’re only 2 games out of the wild card. Only 5 AL teams are .500 or above. There are 11 in the NL.
