Enjoyed it, but by nature of the OG’d story, there’s very little closure in this one except for one big ambitious story element carried over from Remake’s ending.

Haven’t fired it up yet; just caught Mewtwo in LeafGreen so I might start soon. I remember 2 choke points in the game when I first played and one of them was a common roadblock because the boss fight was like after a series of fights

It was the Wiegraf/Belias fight and it did a number on me this time, but I finally beat him on the 5th try

So I'm actually playing the V pixel remaster on mobile now. First time through this game and I'm loving it. The story isn't as bad as people make it out to be, but then again I'm not even through the first world yet.

Loving the job system. Specifically Blue Mage. I had a blast with the Enemy Skill Materia in FFVII, so this job is up my alley.

Soundtrack feels like Uematsu really started to cook here.
