Finally pooped a couple of times today after nothing since Thursday. Both were disappointing and not the big cleansing drops I was expecting and feel the need for.

In my pauper days when I was struggling to pay rent, this came up once or twice. Paper towel not ideal but an option.

Maybe I need to do that. This diabetes med has messed with my whole system. I used to go at least once every day and now I may go 3 times in a day then not go again for 3 more days.
