I think it's supposed to be the guy from Walking Dead.

Those creepy little doll heads are great head references, but the likenesses are very hit or miss. The Arnie one is very good though.

I think people are being a little too harsh on Burt here. I think every boy has a version of this sort of shelf when they are a kid. But most of us retire it because it's sorta cringe and at some point and we are too embarrassed to be judged for it. But if you go to a nerds house you will sometimes see models and swords and shit on display even later in life. So yeah on some level it's like jesus christ burt but on another level this shelf reminds me of the power of the human spirit. Crazy. But yeah most of the haters just don't have the guts to be vulnerable like this and stand for what they love.

1. The little Scurry 3D print my brother made.
2. The set of anatomy ecorches are most useful.
3. The Diablo 4 KFC cup that generated a bit of controversy always makes me chuckle when I look at it.
4. The little alien wind-up toy that I found on the ground.
5. The Nerf guns I stole from a studio that went bankrupt without paying me severance.

For the record this is mostly work stuff. I certainly wouldn't proudly display this to anyone other than other art nerds who get it. Think of it more as a work bench with a few other trinkets and gifts thrown in.

I make nerd shit. I try not to get high on my own supply.

The issue is mostly with the presentation, not the content

Yeah, but that type of critique is just another type of sus. The arrangement and/or cleanliness of another man's collection of alligator heads feels completely irrelevant to me. Live and let live. Like that's how a chick thinks no? That's the mom nobody wants. The one that notices you gained a couple pounds and that your alligator heads are dusty. Nitpicky.

This does all remind of a breakup I had like a decade ago... I remember thinking "this dumb bitch literally had a shelf displaying shitty rocks she found. I'm better off without her."

It could be an exquisite collection of Faberge eggs on display and that plastic utility shelf would still make me want to kill myself.

That kinda shelf belongs in a garage or unfinished basement, not an interior room. Hope that’s the case, for your sake Burt.
