Smaller class last night. I'm looking a bit red and exhausted due to the coach at the end of class unexpectedly pitting me against the other blue belt (2nd from left) in a 6 minute points round. Was a fun, but exhausting session

After last night's class - I've had to have my wrist strapped. Not sure what I did, but if I move my hand or arm in certain ways it sends a stinging pain up my arm. Not sure if I'll be able to do Taekwondo tonight. Either way - was totally worth it
