No dude. I grew up on a cattle farm and worked with fuckin hicks
the whole time and nobody wore a cowboy hat because we were living in the modern world and that shit would have been sus as hell. We had horses and sometimes I would move cows on my bike and I was wearing a ball cap. Why? Because I wasn't fucking cosplaying. I was just doing shitty work and a cowboy hat would have just made it worse. When I see a guy in a cowboy hat at Walmart I want to fight on sight. And fuck Kevin Costner and anybody who thinks that shit is cool. Try fixing fences all day and see how you like it.
