Oof. Well, I own a Matter of Time 45 and a Molo Sessions CD. I'll probably buy whatever this ends up being. Proceeds to a good cause and all.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I know it's a message board and it's "cool" to be negative about most things, but you have to be a pretty miserable cynic not to at least appreciate the genesis and execution of this song. It's completely in line with what this band has always been about.

I'm not saying you have to like it, buy it, or ever listen to it again. Just appreciate the kindness and humility it takes for Ed to do this with these kids.

I don’t think anyone’s trying to be a cool cynic here. It’s unlistenable music.

Yeah it truly sucks. I hope it makes a lot of money for whatever good cause this is for, but that is one of the worst songs I've heard in recent memory

So, it's on par with Earthling.

If I can't, as a seasoned adult, make fun of middle school kids on the Internet, what am I even paying GFiber for?

wow that was bizarre

Ed loves taking adult contempo to new heights doesn’t he

on the bright side, JCPenney was in need of some new store background music

After watching the performance, it really is a nice sentiment. It’s unfortunate that Ed’s guitar tone might be the worst thing about this.

I’d say the very amateurish musicianship is what never gave this big swing a chance at the fences.

There was something wrong with the stream. Lots of other instruments were wobbly like that. Thought there was some weird tremolo going on but it was streaming issues.

Not saying the studio version is any better but this is just a really nice thing Ed did with a bunch of kids who've never heard of him before.
