Something with salmon since I see my wife is defrosting some in the fridge. Whenever she does this, I’m never in the mood for salmon or seafood. Annoying!

But she’s getting a big promo at work today, so I’m picking up a Biscoff Pie from a local gelato shop to have as a celebratory dessert.

Had a large late lunch today, so skipping dinner and having a couple of beers at the Irish pub while watching the World Cup. About to go hit golf balls in the sun. Dinner is overrated.
