Gravity Circuit 2 was just announced. Gravity Circuit 1 is currently free on Steam. It's nice when games on your wishlist show $0.00

Summer Game Fest had lots of games, more than I was expecting. One bad trend i noticed was the return of "brown." Muted and drab color palette that was popular over a decade ago. I liked the looks of Crossfire, Amsterdam, Star Wars: Zero Company, Wolf Among Us 2, Stellar Blade 2, and End of Abyss. Final Fantasy 7 looked really, really good - I'll probably pick up the entire trilogy eventually.

A really strong Summer Games Fest today. The end of this console generation is going to be very good.

Sony says out loud what everyone assumed was coming: no more physical releases after next year.

Death of Publishers
Death of Video Game Retailers
Death of Used Shops

Fuck. Why in the middle of a console generation?

Sony also announced that the PS3 and Vita stores will close over the next year, but you can still download games you’ve paid for “for the foreseeable future.”

That's really weird and annoying. Gonna need a lot more storage space.

Some PS5 SSDs are more expensive than a PS5. So backwards.

I think the “Could the next consoles be over $1000?” conversation is becoming “Can the next consoles be under $1200?”

It was only a matter of time before the "all digital" future came to consoles. A tremendous bummer for collectors and people who like to play classic games after these stores are unavailable.

Supporting physical media throughout the entirety of the PS5 lifecycle didn't seem like a unreasonable expectation to me.

I wonder how many people who are complaining about Sony's decision to end their approach to physical media and/or the "closed ecosystem" are composing their posts on an Apple device.

It's perfectly reasonable to have a passionate response, but the levels of hypocrisy are amusing to me.

B's 10C Hitler video is my all time favorite Hitler video. This is pretty good. This helps.

If I was in charge of Xbox, the first thing I'd do is fire Todd Howard. I don't know why people worship that guy.
