Very low energy today. It's been hot and I went hill running last night. Haven't really recovered.

Crummy with a head cold and sore throat that started coming on last night.

I guess that’s what I get for taking public transport to the city, visiting a packed art exhibit, then eating in a busy restaurant yesterday. :?
