Great finale. It's been a couple years since I last read the book so I don't recall the changes. I will defer my rage until my reread soon.

I did love when the kid on the battlements hit the old dude in the leg, and he turned, looked, saw it was just a scared kid, and put a fucking axe through his face.

Aegon’s “I’m alive” delivery was also fabulous.

I look forward to finishing the last 1.5 episodes and not caring at all about the changes made from the book. This season has been largely very good.
