Things got wild yesterday. Jurors sent a note out to the judge, and then Reddington (defense) asked for a juror to be dismissed and replaced with an alternate. He characterized the note as a the foreman saying that a single juror is refusing to listen to the law. So it sounds like 11 people want to find her not responsible for insanity, and there's one holdout that's just dug in. Judge denied the request and talked to the jury about what reasonable doubt means, and sent them back.

Yeah just wild. I only read a summary of what happened this morning, but basically the judge denied the defense's motion to question the jurors individually, sent them back to deliberate. It's pretty clear that the prosecution is banking on a mistrial right now.
