Working with the Chinese is so funny. They will do precisely what you tell them, but no more or no less. Taking any sort of initiative is strictly forbidden, even when you tell them it's fine. You have to be ultra specific and detailed with what you want. If you are, they will hit that mark perfectly, but if you aren't, you'll get some comically bizarre results.
